• Shipping & Delivery
• If payment is made via PayPal or credit card the item will be shipped only to the confirmed address. No sales or shipments to APO/FPO as no on-line tracking available. Harvey's Money Store reserves the right to refund any payment made which will require shipment to an unconfirmed address, and cancel the sale. Payment is due within seven days. Unless other arrangements are made, the Store reserves the right to cancel any sale not paid for within that time frame. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. If insurance is purchased Harvey's Money Store will assist with any claims.
  
  
• Sales Tax
• Harvey's Money Store charges 8.0% sales tax for taxable merchandise ordered on this Web site for delivery to any location within New York State. This includes coins and other monetary items, when purchased for purposes other than for use as a medium of exchange. If you believe you are exempt from sales tax, and you reside in New York State, you must submit an ST-120 Resale Certificate with your payment.
  
  
• Store Hours
• We are open for business seven days per week. Shipments are generally made within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment.
  
  
• Returns
• Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.  If damaged or not as described notify us immediately.  You have seven days after receipt to notify us that you wish to return an item.  We will give you return shipping information.   Return postage will be at your expense.  If the item is returned because it is damaged or not as described you will receive an exchange or full refund, including shipping and handling at your option.  If you are returning an item because it was ordered in error, you will receive an 80% refund upon inspection and receipt less the shipping and handling charge.  Returns of items ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
  
  
• International Shipments

• We will ship to selected countries including Canada, France, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, the UK, South Korea, Switzerland and others.  Each country has its own prohibitions and restrictions on the import of currency.  See http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immctry.htm for the countries list. For example Australia, Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico, New Zealand, Poland, Singapore, Ukraine, and Vietnam and many others do not permit the import of currency via the US Postal Service under any conditions.  We will not ship to countries prohibited by USPS regulations.  Credit card payments for international shipments will not be accepted directly on the site, only through PayPal.  In addition to PayPal we will accept money orders in US dollars.  International shipping and handling for many countries is $10.00, others that require special packaging $23.00.  See home page.

For your security Harvey's Money Store limits international purchases of collectible currency to $1,000.00 per person per day if you use an on-line payment method.  US customers, $2,500.00.  If your needs are greater please spread purchases out over several days.   Minimum order $30.00.
